As these patterns change, new possibilities emerge naturally—not through force or positive thinking, but because the internal barriers that once maintained the old reality begin to dissolve.

My Approach

I combine Time Line Therapy®, Create Your Future® Coaching, NLP, hypnosis, contemplative practices, and evidence-informed understanding of human behaviour.

Every session is tailored to the individual.

Rather than applying a rigid formula, I work collaboratively with you to identify the root causes of what is keeping you stuck and facilitate change at the level where those patterns were created.
